The Liebert FrameWork™ family of rack/enclosure systems provides an easy, economical solution to network organization and security.

FrameWork™ systems offer standard and optional features that not only make LAN equipment installations easy, but also improve conditions for day-to-day use, maintenance and relocation.

Cable and wiring cutouts are located at the top and bottom of the unit, with double cutouts in the 46" system.  Vented cover plates are standard. Welded for stability.  The frame is also available in a bolt together version that you can assemble yourself. Durable, Autophorectic™ Coating resists scratches and chemical corrosion.  The coating is also environmentally friendly, containing no solvents or heavy metals. Punched EIA rack rails are integral to all four vertical frame members. Leveling feet are provided with each frame.  Optional casters are available for ease of relocation.

The frame also serves as a cable management raceway.

Standard Systems
The standard FrameWork mounting frame is designed to meet the needs of many applications requiring storage and organization in a compact footprint:

• Sturdy 12-gauge steel frame is dipped in scratch-resistant Autophoretic coating to resist scratches and chemical corrosion.
• Vertical frame members are rackmount hole punched per EIA-310 standards.  The frame is also designed to provide sufficient room for equipment cable management.
• Systems can be shipped pre-welded, or as an easily assembled bolt-together package.
• Available in rack widths of 19" and 24", and a 46" shelfmount cabinet.  Heights are 72" (1830mm) or 78" (1980mm); mounting frames are 29" (735mm) or 36" (915mm) deep.
• Top and bottom cable entry cutouts allow you to place FrameWork on a solid or raised floor. Vented covers are provided to close unused cable entry cutouts.
• Leveling feet enhance frame stability.
• All frames have the ability to be upgraded with enclosure options, clustering kits, or other optional equipment.
• One year warranty to protect your investment.

If your equipment requires additional security, shelves, or power options, you can easily customize your FrameWork system by selecting factory installed options or field-installed kits:

The 46" shelfmount cabinet is shown with see-through doors and side panels.

Security locks supplied with solid or see-through doors.

Frame And Enclosure Options

• 18-gauge sheet metal front and rear doors are painted black with the durable and consistent powder paint (color options are available). Louvers are located near the bottom to enhance air circulation.  Doors include a single-point latch with a key lock.  The 46" wide cabinet has two doors on the front and back.
• A see-through front door of scratch-resistant smoke-color acrylic in a sturdy metal frame has a single-point latch and key lock. The door has louvers near the bottom for air circulation.
• Bolt-on side panels of 18-gauge sheet metal are painted off-white with the Powder Coated process.
• Sturdy 2" (50mm) casters make FrameWork easy to relocate, adding 1" (25mm) to the height of the system.
• FrameWork units of the same height [72" (1830mm) or 78" (1980mm)] can be connected into a single system with hardware supplied in the Clustering Kit.

Shelf And Mounting Options

• The fixed shelf is 16-gauge steel and will support 250 pounds/115 Kg (evenly distributed). The surface is vented, and rear integral cable ties are included for cable organization.
• The 16-gauge steel pullout shelf extends 26" (660mm), and in the extended position can support 130 pounds/59 Kg of equipment (evenly distributed). Rear integral cable ties are included for cable organization.
• The keyboard tray — available in 24-inch and 46-inch cabinet versions — comes with a built-in handrest.
• Threaded Rack Rail Adapters are available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 U sets.

Power Strip

Fan Options
The 210 CFM/360 CMH fan is factory installed in the top of the frame to enhance cooling in enclosed systems. A 400 CFM/680 CMH 2 fan option is available.

Power Distribution Options
The 120VAC 60 Hz power strips are factory installed in a vertical frame member. You may select from a six outlet, 15 amp with circuit breaker and surge protection; 10 outlet, 15 amp with circuit breaker protection; or six outlet, 20 amp with circuit breaker protection.

Uninterruptible Power Supply Options
FrameWork can be supplied with a Liebert manufactured UPS to meet your equipment needs. The UPStation GXT on-line UPS systems are available in rackmount or shelf compatible configurations, in capacities ranging from 1000 to 3000 VA. Available communication options include SNMP and SiteNet 2 two-way communication.

Communications Options
Liebert’s SiteNet Integrator™ is an SNMP-compatible monitoring system, field installed as a rackmount unit. Data input options are sold separately, and include the following:

• Single point water detection sensor.
• Self-contained temperature and humidity sensor; temperature range 32° to 140°F (0° to 60°C); humidity range 20% to 80% RH.
• Wall-mounted temperature sensor; temperature range 38° to 99°F (3° to 37°C).

The SiteNet Integrator LCM (Load Control Module) works in tandem with the SiteNet Integrator, allowing you to remotely shut down loads, and automatically implementing cold restarts.
